You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app operations.

Analysis outputs are estimates based on available inputs, provider data, and internal scoring logic. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.

FairAxle does not guarantee pricing outcomes, resale value, listing performance, or transaction results.

The FairAxle brand, app UI, analysis logic, and related content are owned by FairAxle or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairAxle is not liable for losses arising from reliance on app outputs, vehicle transactions, inspections, financing terms, or third-party marketplace interactions.

We may update these terms as FairAxle evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
