FairAxle processes the vehicle and pricing information you enter, such as VIN, year, make, model, mileage, ZIP code, asking price, and selected mode (buy/sell).

The app also processes technical information needed to operate the service, such as structured logs, authentication session data, API request metadata, and limited product analytics events.

We use submitted data to generate vehicle deal analysis results, display pricing context, and support app features such as saved analysis snapshots and report views.

We use authentication and session data to control access to protected pages and provide account-related functionality.

We use analytics and masked session replay on key product flows to understand where users encounter issues or abandon the flow, improve the product experience, and diagnose breakage.

When you're signed in, your saved deals, preferences, and account settings are stored securely and tied to your account. Some data may also be cached locally in your browser for performance.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You can clear locally stored app data at any time using your browser's controls, and some settings can be reset from the app's settings page.
